   3. Fuse box enclosure is made of plastic.

   4. Doesn’t incorporate residual current devices.

The Regulation 2018  BS 7671,    421.1.201, states: Within Domestic premises, consumer unit and similar switch-gear assemblies shall comply with BS EN 61439-3 and shall:

1. Have their enclosure manufactured from non-combustible material.

2. Be enclosed in a cabinet or enclosure constructed of non combustible material and complying with regulation 132.12.
