What are his qualifications? Is he got an NVQ LVL 3 in Electrical Installations? Is he registered with the JIB?
Is he registered with a regulatory Body within the Electrical Industry? Such as NICEIC, Napit, Stroma.
Is Qualified to 18 Edition Wiring Regulation?
Does he have a public liability Insurance? What about Professional Indemnity Insurance?
If he undertakes works at your property and takes the waste away. Is he got a Carrier Waste License in Place?
Can show proof of previous works with pictures videos? Or can arrange a visit on a site that he finished?
